Imagination is the key to successful leadership. If you as a leader can imagine what it is like to be someone else or working under different circumstances you’ll lead with compassion. If you can imagine another better way of doing things you’ll ensure that your work stays relevant.

Work
Coaching
An opportunity to bring up and explore different questions and areas that feel important for further personal development. The client owns the process and takes responsibility for reaching set goals.
Supportive conversation
When recurrent issues hold you back, both at work and in your private life, and you need support to explore and understand yourself to be able to move on.
Communication training
We train: Feedback, the coaching situation, to listen with positive intent, the art of persuasion, how to be present in the moment, how to scan your body for important information, along with further methods according to the customers needs and wishes.
Presentation skills on stage
A day on stage where you and your team members get to sharpen your presentation skills. We practise: Getting access to oneself in a hot spot. How to handle the attention of the audience. How to work with body and voice to become clear on stage. How to customize a message and make sure it comes across. We also work continuously on the skill of giving feedback throughout the day.

The technical works
Sarah-Maya has helped me identify behaviors that are key in effective communication. We have used concrete cases from my everyday life that we together have analyzed and broken down. This has increased my understanding of why it sometimes goes well and sometimes less well. We have trained on conscious presence and being attentive to body and breathing to feel, hear and see what is happening in the current situation. The work has been concrete, easy to apply and has produced results.

Approach
Imagination can be trained just like a muscle. By training you can keep the mind flexible and quickly switch perspectives on what is happening and choose from a number of alternative actions. To be able to see and act amidst different strategies is essential in a leadership role.

Thinking in terms of taking on a role at work also contributes to a well-functioning workplace. Role-taking makes it easier to be professional. The purpose of each role is to fulfill the goal of the organization so we need to be clear on what that larger goal is and to identify which behaviors in our role-taking will fulfill that goal. This way giving and receiving feedback also becomes much easier which ensures that the work keeps developing.

I help leaders and co-workers to explore and clarify their organizational roles with focus on behavior. My approach is to put light on the things that work well and explore how you and the organization can do more of that to evolve. I offer a platform to train and enhance your abilities.
